Living alone
by Koomer on Oct 25, 2005 08:08 PM

Living alone. I agree with views of Mr. Thakker from London.

I too remember my initial days and left home for job. First few months, I stayed in my friend's room. I was doing part time job, just to meet my expenses , mess bill and part of room rent But problem is whenever his realtives come to visit him, I have to go to some other friends room with my baggage to stay there 4 or 5 days and return back. They were all settled in good jobs . Some times, I knew that they weren't conmfortable with my stay with them, but we were 'best' friends during college days.

Later on some differences arise. So I used to leave the room early morning and return late , just to sleep. It was a hurting experiences . Finally, I decided to stay alone. I took a room for a rent of Rs. 450 /- ( my earnings per month was Rs 1000 /-). I got a freedom from all those humiliating experiences.
To save money, Instead of going by city buses, I used to walk a lot a day, taking one time meals a day and surviving on bread during night times. Really this made me tough. I felt lonely some times, but with hope that I might get a better job.

I was like that doing small jobs for 3 years, now setled comfortably
