I have had some experience with ICICI bank and shaekhan. 1.Sharekhan is really prompt in responsiveness & boasts of good customer service but they do not have 3 in 1 account as offered by ICICI direct. 2. ICICI will never call you back on your queries even if you are a customer. But the 3-in one account is a real benefit. Also they give online trading in most no. of MF & IPO. 3.The service FEE and brokerage is almost similiar for all the brokers & should not make much difference. regards, ashish
