Hi, I must confess your article was really close to what a novice wishing to start online trading actually goes through and I had very similar experiences when I approached few of these companies for trading. Though my father wanted to open account with one of these I was also involved in decision making. After going through all of these and then finally getting registered with one of them I found out the experience being quite good online but offline dealing with these companies is worst thing that one can experience. Secondly all these companies have lot of hidden charges which one can only know once he starts trading with them. I hope you will emphasis on this topic in your next column.
