CAll Centres:Cons more than pros
by Nirav Shah on Nov 03, 2005 06:06 PM

Well i do not agree with this article, I think most call centres provide you with the best working environments, better leave structure and an environment which if full of budying energy and fun thanx to the enormous amount of youngsters working there. Its an all together a new social life and has a bit of everything you would want from a soap opera. Every office in the world requires you to achieve your targets and do justice to the salary they pay you and so does this industry. Secondly you are not forced upon to take up the job. Its we who CHOOSE it as our career options or for many a quick way to earn money. So why is there a CRIB. When you know how the work structure is, if you dont like it dont apply for a job and if you like it dont CRIB. As we always say Grass is greener on the otherside. Well most routine jobs have the worst struggle starting from travelling from home to office, no fixed work hours all depends on the boss and louzy pay scales. BPO's - FREE traveling home to office, FIXED work hours and Excellent pay scales for the right candidates.

I AM A HAPPY BPO WORKER and i believe i choose the right path for myself. Working in this Industry now for over 4 years
