i was a regular smoker for the last 7-8 years.on an average i used to smoke 4-5 ciggaretes per day.all this took a toll on my health, my stamina reduced considerably,breathing became difficult and i aslo got smoker's cough and chest pain. a year back i decided to give up smoking. intially for abt a month i reduced the number of ciggaretes to 1-2 and in the next month i completly stopped smoking.what i want to say is tht it's totally ur determination through which u can leave this habit.no amount of therapies and counselling wld do any good till ur determined.today iam feeling gr8 and healthy and it will improve further.also i wld like to add that do some excercise alongwith as it would lessen ur craving for nicotine.so be a man and throw this cancer stick out of the window.all the best. may waheguru give u the strong will to leave this habit.ssa
