Seriously, I was not knowing Mr Ravi Prasad before reading this article.But i think that doesn't matter as now i know him. The article seems to be informative a lot and tells about the fact of life. It truely reflects what the recruiters expect from a perspective candidate who is being interviewed. also it stresses the important of hard work.
Where hard work is important, i think there might be many other factors like attitude, perseverance and pragmatism as well as innovation, that may be important for achieving success in life.
