Hard Work - Ravi Prasad
by GVS. Sarma on Feb 23, 2006 11:32 PM

I was associated with him for nearly 6 to 7 years in Himalaya. In the beginning I used to think that his talent will not make him earn what he deserves. The climate was not conducive for him to take initiative and prove his mettle. A few of us sensed that he had a creative brain and that he is very resourceful. But will he get an opportunity to give a shape for his skills and carve a niche for himself?

Let us talk about a guy who was in a disadvantageous state to start with? If a guy like that could climb up to the top rung of the ladder in HIMALAYA in just a matter of ten years, it speaks volumes of Confidence he possesses, the silent hard work he has put in and above all coming up with strategies, wich radiated such a glow that walls of disadvantage were blasted, leading to Mr. Ravi Prasad reaping rich rewards and being honoured by elevating him to the most coveted post. Mr.

Meraj Manal has been very charming and a role model to us rigt from the day I joined Himalaya. He was very young at that time but highly matured.

I am so happy to get this opportunity to dwell on my most favourite subject and memories of HIMALAYA.
