While there are good suggestions regarding Cinnamon, fenugreek, garlic etc, the article does not carry a warning: One must consult a doctor, preferably an endocronologist, before commencing a regimen of these items. They may interfere with any medication one is already taking. Portion control, 6 small meals a day works for me. I do eat amost everything that are no-nos to diabetics, and my HBA1C has been below 7.0 (120) for years.
