of late, type II diabetic cases are on the rise and this is because of our change in living style. our elders used to live healthy even at the age of 70 or more by doing their domestic chores without help of machines or gadgets. The air and water were pure and now both are contaminated everywhere. We totally depend on gadgets in our homes and we hardly do any physical work. Our mind works more than our body. to avoid this as far as possible, we can try to adopt our elder living style. Wherever possible we can go to nearby places by walk we can wash our clothes without help of machine we can do cycling atleast one or two days in a week. [in china people go everywhere by cycle only] this will also help consumption of petrol. we can do simple exercises and above all, let us try to eat less and good stuff. If we keep our mind and body alert we can lead a healthy life.
