hey plz advice..my grand mom has high sugar levels of over 300. From past few days her sugar levels are highly fluctuating.we have to keep testing her sugar levels twice a day.it has even crossed the 550 mark.she is on insulin given twice a day. we are pure vegetarians.. plz guide me in preparing a proper diet chart which could help to control this.
