Many of us would have observed that there are people who don't even know how to speak, but are at present in the higher managerial levels, where communication plays a major role. Its just a curious question, as there are situations when being communicative also causes a lot of problems. Is there a measure on the amount of communication skills that you need to have. Can you please clarify this query and provide me with a suitable answer.
