symptoms of brain stroke

i had a brain stroke in 2001 due to my heart disease.now recovered fully.i wish to add two symptoms of stroke because most of the people ignore these symptoms.

1.weight loss
2.giddiness and blind vision for a few second while standing after sit or sleep.
3.fatigue
4.pain in upper teeths.
