What i feel that, the equation should have been "Izzat x Matlab x Mazaa x Risk".
Making a change from the current job to a new one will always involve some risk. The level of risk may differ from person to person. Also, without risk, life become boring & dull.
You can interchange risk with mazaa at certian points, but at many places they are totally different.
Risk, is always there be it current job or a new job.
