This article was something which would make a person think seriously about those four variables mentioned. I think the crux lies in the facxt that these three variables ie mazaa, matlab and izzat are subjective and are a state of mind...what i eel is any job which makes a living is "respectable" and carries a great "meaning" "fun is highly "subjective" and cant be achieved to the fullest till the time you are in a working environment under restrained conditions. A TC's job which was the pretext of the concept quite covers all the three aspect in a country like India where population:opportunity ratio is severly unbalanced and most of the people strive for a decent living throughout their lives. In this world generally everyone run towards wealth and comforts of life which plays a crucial role in today's materialistic world but extent for these needs varies form person to person which is a natural setup by the creator so that this place becomes as adaptable for anyone to survive. The major twist to this concept is Maslow's theory which is well applicable and which very well justifies the subjectivities between these variables according to disparity in needs of the people.
