I am suffering from severe Low join back pain. It started few months back and I took some pain killers as per doctors' advice if the pain intensity is more. Since the pain got aggregaed, I consulted Orthos who told me not to ride vehicle, use tube while sitting etc.I followed all the things.But still my pain is not at all reduced.When I asked abt physiotheraphy or Yoga to the doctors, they told that might not help and last week they advised that I have to take injection on that low joint (tail) bone and in the worst case I have to go for operation.
Pls suggest me how to go about with this? Taking the injection will have any side effects??Is there any other way to get rid of this pain? The pain is at extreme low joint.I think this might be because so much of riding by two wheeler.Now I completely stopped riding by 2 wheeler.
