hi vasanta,
i understand with second baby its a bit difficult to lose weight. in case u r feeding the baby just cut down on onany oily stuff, have only one spoon o foil a day. once u stop feeding binge on salads and proteins. u can make diet chart yrself and mentor it.
its easy actually. swim if u can, else do water aerobics. walking an hour a day would do the same benefit.
