take soyabeen and sprouted dal. take mitha daliya. instead of taking 3big meals take 6 small meals. dont over eat. jitni bhukh lage utna khao nahi to stomach kharab ho jaiga. agar stomach kharab ho gaya to sab waste. agar kabja rehti hai to roz subah triphala ka pani piyo.
