Hair loss and dandruff problem

Sir for past 2-3 yrs the problem of dandruff and hair loss has started and got increased day by day.Even the alopathy medicine doesn't works out.I lose many hairs while taking bath and combing.I am really frustrated.Sir pls give me some useful tips.My hair becomes dry when i dont use shampoo.I stopped applying oil to my hair b'cos i lose my hair while applying.Sincerely waiting for ur reply.
