Ofcourse all the above points are taken.BPO gives excellent growth opportunity.Improves their communication skills and etiquette, etc. etc.
But is this really creative? What India needs is creative and constructive work.If all the youngsters move towards BPO industry what about independent growth of the country.Let we have more industries, more product exports than services.
Otherwise India will be branded as A Big Call Centres.
Also a call center with more night shifts (which is more in number) ruins the health of the individuals and alters their biological cycle.
India has a good number of young people.We should make best utilization of their strengths.
