Other day, I got a call from my relative who asked for a advice for his friend. The boy had completed Diploma in engineering and was jobless for 3~4 months. Family needs him to earn. He was offered a job in Call center (Big 4 company)and was reluctant to join. due to (1) Bond involved (2) Call Center Industry's reputation My advice was to accept the job. Since the timings were mostly night, utilise the time to pursue AMIE or some other qualificaton. Logic was (1) Fulfill immediate requirements (2) See if the job suits (3) Try to develop core competency. Hope this adds to already put arguments.
