Why state govts can't make arrangements for the sake of common public to encourage for applying New PAN cards through specially opend govt counters with min charge of rs 150 including rs 105 PAN application fee,as pvt agents are charging 300 to 500 processing fee,considered to be high.This facilitate all public to apply for PAN.Govt shld act imdtly to open SPL offices for this purpose which helps many to apply for new PAN cards
