Hi i lost my wallet in Jan 08 & lost my card in that. I filled in the form & details for a duplicate card in Jan itself. However, till date not received the card. When inquired the authorities said its been dispatched but i never received it & also checked withthe nearest post office. Please help me with regards to the same as its been a long time now.
