This is a comment to Joydeep who wrote the article on Voice overs and how they are gaining popularity. I would like to point out that 'The Adventures of Tenali Raman' was a Toonz Animation India inhouse production. It was not made for a Singapore company. I presume you mentioned Crest Animation because their voice bank was used for the Hindi dubbing of the series. The English dubbing was done totally on the voice talents of the staff at Toonz, since it was an inhouse production, as mentioned before. It would be good if you got facts straight before printing articles.
Because the production of Tenali was a long process into which we had put in a lot of time and effort. However, it seemed like the credit for voices used in it were mixed up. So were the facts about who it was made for. It was primarily made for Indian kids by Toonz Animation India. There was no Singapore company involved.
