hello i am 25 with 6 feet height and 95 kgs weight. i am quite lazy person. a month ago i completed my M-Tech now i have no work to do. in this span of one month i have grown 4 kgs. i just wanted to ask u that how can i reduce my weight. i asked my friends, they suggested me to join in some organizations where we can loose 20 kgs in 45 days. i dont trust all those, i have seen this artical in net and found this intresting. what i want, i will tell clearly. first of all i will tell my nature, i am very very good food lover, so i cant reduce my dite drastically. i am quite lazy person, i keep on working on computer for hours but dosent like to go for a walk. this is what i want to tell. what i want from u, i will tell clearly. i dosent want to reduce my weight drastically, every month if i loose 2 kgs, with in a year i can reduce atleast 24-26 kgs. this is how i want to reduce my weight, so that i can stay fit n energitic. and the end result will 70 kgs after one year. so what i want is, you should suggest according to above, i will follow all the tips with out fail. tell me how many hours i have to do exercises(it would be better if u could send some cartoons animations for better understanding) , my dite controls. i will surely follow those.
