Hi, My name is John. I'm from NY. I am 5'8" tall, 175 pounds. I used to be 250 pounds and with the help of a nutritionist, i lost 75 pounds. After that I started exercising to shape my body and to loose the excess fat and skin on my belly. My body formed has changed by the help of balance training. Now I look like a triangle now but a triangle with a smaller belly. I work out with weights 3 times a week and 3 days of cardio exercise (50 minutes to 1 hour). I'm still eating healthy (as in the direction of the nutritionist, but a little bit more calories). I am not gaining weight or fat, but I am not losing also. I really want to get rid of the rest part of my belly.
According to my story, am i doing something wrong or i need more time.
