I agree with Dr Roopa , i think these days people have costly cell phone with whole lot of features but they lack ettiquetts to use them.. its ironical to see young people having them and misuing the same.. we being responsible citizen got to take care of basics of ettiquetts and i think Dr Roopa article is good enough to help us ..
