i think eveyone must follow this...i personally feel very irritated if some one's cell phone rings constantly while i am at work...
I would like to add one point here....which is....
When you have people around you (in a meeting room, or at home) it is advisable to take the call in another place (change the room, go out from the meeting room)..or tell the caller that you will call back.
