I fully agree with the article. I wish to add that the caller must always ask whether the called person is comfortable in contuining with the conversation. The called person may be busy with some task and it is not right to take the liberty of intruding, just because he has the mobile number. This is often ignored resulting in great inconvenience. I feel that this eiquette on the part of the caller is essential.
