Im 16, 5'0 tall, and 118 bls, i wanna get in better shape for the summer, i have been joggin lately for about 40-45 mins every moring at like 6am, and i was wanding if i keep jogging everymorning and go to the gym for an hour and a half 3 days a week, yet still keep eating normaly, with chips every so often, breakfast, lunch, snack, supper, and snack, well i still be able to get thinner and stuff.. or would i have to totally change my eating habits to..
