i was also facing dis problem just six month before but now i m feeling confident,u need not 2 spend a lot for dis,just spend 10 rs daily on ur helth.it means 300 rs per month,i started taking 3 boil eggs or 2 eggs omlet daily,in d first month i didnt feel any improvement bt i continue it at d end of 2 month some of friends n relatives start saying that u r looking better bt i didnt tell them the secreat,after 3 month i started workout in my home without any equipments,i start doing push n ups at home,by this my body keep on improving,my friends start asking dat which gym i hv join bt said no gym only home exercise,...so follow this tips,this is the cheepest way,dont join any gys or dont visit any doctor....the most important thing dont say anybody that what u r eating n wat u r doing not even ur family members...after some time when they will say that u r looking great then u will feel great happiness..all the best..
