- eat lots of food, especially fish, chicken and egg yolk. with minimum masala, salt and sugar.
- do gym drill / warm up / stretching exercises for atleast 2 weeks
- when ur body starts responding, go the gym and do weight training.
- do heavy weights with few reps.
