Not gaining weight

To start with: I am 70 yrs of age weight 45 kgs, look very thin have lost 5 kgs in 6 months.Read you article I do have milk cheese, fruits bannana,eggs & non veg at times, any tonics you would suggest. Sadhana Idnani
