hi, i am 24 yrs,5'7 tall n jst 47kgs.i look very skinny.i tried almost all good diets n nutritional drinks evn lots of sweets & fruits to put on weight. Eating bananas for breakfast and after all the meals.but in vain.i have heard of tablets n powders that help to put on weight.but i dont want togo for it .as i am scared of its side effect.pls help me with some other tips to put on...i am realy worried n deppressed abt it.Everytime i go out people comment on me.Since i m tall and skinny. My parents are also thin so is it becoz of that? Plz help me out. I have become very desparate and almost fedapt of life. Dont feel like going out of the house with the fear dat people may start commenting. Plzzzzzzzzzz suggest any tablets or anything besides diets. Waiting for your reply
