Dear Ash, u need to have a proper plan if u really need to gain weight. Second dont worry, u have ample time to gain weight. * Never Skip Breakfast. Have banana shake in Breakfast. 3-4 Almonds pre soaked in water previous night. You can have the home made Atta Laddoos also, 1 daily. Idlis are also very good for breakfast. Have a fruit chat or fruit juice at 11 AM. Lunch: Take complete food- Chapati,Rice, Vegetable , Curd,Salad. Try the home made makkhan on rotis. hmmmmm yummy......!! Evening: Have a cup of tea with some accompaniment like upma or dry fruits etc. Never take tea alone , it will bring you acidity. Dinner: Rotis, Green Veg, Rice, Dal, Salad Before Sleeping a Glass of Milk and 1 fruit u like. Never Forget Gaining is Easier, as no restrictions so eat what all you like............
