Raj,

Theres a big difference between what you CAN do and what you SHOULD be doing instead.
What makes you think I said, "training 6 days means training to failure"? The article is about gaining mass and getting in good shape. Its NOT about bodybuilding and obviously you werent listening!

I used to train with weights for 6 days, 2hrs a day, not to mention (without a CNS fatigue) lol!
My body was rock solid, I developed lotof strength, but there wasnt a pound of visible flesh I gained.

After some frustrating moments and interesting training methods, did I go for a complete U turn and switched to 3-4 day/week schedule. In less than 3 months there were UNGODLY results.
This soon became practice pattern for quite a few of my friends and fellow trainees. And they ALL had something +ve to say about it.

There are diff body types, urs is different. If u got bigger training intensively for 6 days (congrats!) you certainly are not a Hardgainer!

and 1 last thing. u say "any brand of creatine WOULD work" ??!!
Raj, we r talking "the brand the works the BEST"

Check out Creatine dibba from "Hercules" and "PROLAB".
I promise you GRANULARITY differences. There are other diffs too.

ciao!
