The CAT, or for that matter any Indian or foreign exam (except PERHAPS the IIT-JEE), can be predictable after a period of time. The only way out is to change the pattern every year, which is cumbersome but a real challenge for the institutes.
Otherwise, all exams are domestic animals and coaching classes, their trainers. Perhaps the IIT-JEE is a wild animal. But there seem to be some trainers in KOTA, Rajasthan, these days.
