I was working with Kotak Life Insurance Co from last 2yrs and 7months as an Operational Executive, Job profile is Operation related and now i am serching a job in Back Office in BPO, My technical knowledge is good but after completion of even three rounds i am not able to enter the company for the operational related field. Total back office experience is of 3 years. Please suggest me as what quality do i lack.
