Hi Nasha! I want to tell you that I have given various interviews of BPOs; but I was not selected any where. The interviewers told me to improve my communication skills, remove the mother tongue influence and to work on grammer and sentence formation.
I can speak english for long with fluency, on a stuff, which I have mugged up. But, I am unable to speak fluent english, on the spot. I have good grammer skills, in written english. How should I improve my grammer while speaking?
