How to prioritize?

Hi All
I am pursuing M.Tech in I.T. and will be joining a Software firm in four to five months. I want to appear in CAT-2008 and want to seriously start on its preparation.
What are the areas that need maximum of my focus now and how shall I start prioritizing?
