CAT is all about ATTITUDE
by AMIT on Sep 29, 2004 04:01 PM

FOR THE ONES WHO ARE APPEARING FOR CAT FOR THE FIRST TIME.Well i fully agree with all the sayings of hardwork and practices coz i think hard work always pay.but for one thing i am very sure of is that CAT is not just about getting a call from an institute.converting a call plays is more important role. you will ask here "how can one convert a call untill one has cleared CAT with a good percentile score and got a call?"for both the things solution is only one i.e. ATTITUDE.more than 60% of people who appear for CAT know how to solve any mathematical problem, know the basic norms of DI and DS and are good at english but only FEW of them have an attitude for cat.CAT is all about attitude.the more positive u think, the more positive ur exam will be.last year`s cancelation of paper was boom for many,i`m one of them.the paper held in nov. was easier one but i didn`t perform well as compared to the one held in feb.attitude made a difference.when in appeared for cat in nov. it was my first appear in any competitive exam,so i was afraid,i was cramming formulae and what not but in feb i already had an experience,i was as cold as ice.there was nothing to worry.ATTITUDE PAID. so be positive.
