Hi, I am doing my MBA.My specialization is both HRM and Marketing.Now am going to start my summer project. I am confused on making a selection in between both specialization.If i choose HRM,then doing a project on HRM in a software company is sensible?The less strength of workforce is a problem in carrying out the project? If i select a software company,then which are the focussed and scopeful areas in an HR department where i can do my studies?
