Unfortunately today in a bid to foil tax collection attempts, companies offer a pay package where a portion is to be claimed by submitting bills. The fake bills, for there is no other way to describe it, are a work of creative art. My suggestion is to get past this method and approach the issue in a more mature manner. Why cant a better solution be provided rather than increase paper work in the form of storing these bills both for the employer and employee.
Second, dissatisfaction in an organization starts with wrong pay to the wrong person. Employer's must have a clear cut explanation for the pay they offer and a justification if someone of similar experience and education is getting a different pay. Adam Smith's theory of comparison and worry over this affects the performance of the worker.
