I am 6ft. 1 inch tall. my weight shooted to 107 kgs. i have been using the treadmill for a few months and have been successful in reducing my wt. to 89 kgs. i walk/run for aprox 6 kms buring around 600-625 calories daily. As of now, i do not have any problem with my knees. If i continue using the treadmill , are there any health issues specially any damage to the knees.
