hello sir i am working as a graphics designer and web designer but now i want to become a perfect animator i have good command over sofweare like FLASH & AFTER EFFECTS BUT i know very little about 3d's max and maya so please help me to know about theme in which institute should i go to learn 3d max & maya that i can get very good direction and knowledge of them hopeing for your help thanks
