Seekiing job in Human Resourse department

Dear Sir/Madam

I am graduate from Davi Ahilya Vishva Vidhalya,Indore in 2006 and have an experience of 4 months in customer industry.

I am trying to get into Human Resourse Department so that i can have a better future prospective.

I will be very thankfull to you if can suggest me a way to get into HR department without being a MBA
