Thanks for the useful information, I need your advise in how to get a loans for a Non Dc converted land basically a gramtana site, according to BDA's CDP plan this land is not under the notification of acquiring now or in future. However they have notified the other lands. I work in a MNC and have a groce Sal of 4 laks per annum. Is it possible I can be financed for construction by any banks or private financial firms.
