working at call centre
by pramod on Nov 18, 2004 04:09 PM

The choice of joining call centres emerges from the horizon of lack of employment/under employment conditions. The youngsters who donot have potential to compete for elite jobs/colleges, fall prey to this luring "Rich - overnight" mirage. If the concept of "First deserve, then desire" is followed things would change. Our increased " wants" are main culprit - why crave for costly cars, eating fast food, ever ringing ultra mod mobile, costly jeans. We must learn to distinguish between "Wants" & "Needs"

Why spoil health by odd timings of job, wrong time eating etc just for some quick money. Instead concentrate on education which has been sent on a backseat. There are other ways of making money - lets explore them like investment in shares, property etc and utilise the money so far earned instead of "Show-OFF".
