call centre has become a place of flesh trade, marijuana,drugs leaving three centres in sector 5.......Growth is surely there in terms of sales target.....u give sales the more number et piled up.....appraisal is a term which most of the management does not know......i agree some of the bitter experiences of some agents won't be supported by tl's or campaign provider....but fact cant be hidden....more scamming has become a trend by the name of tech support which i would apreciate if the higher authority take some drastic steps asap.....some sick comments expected please post.......
