i really do not know why call centre work is deemed so glamorous in India. here in the UK call centre work is seen as a low status job undertaken by staff with low or no qualifications. the fact that this kind of work is moving to India means that Indian graduates cannot even command the wages that these ill qualified people in the UK get. until Indians can learn to value themselves more highly, i am afraid they will remain the cheap labourers of the world.
