I am studying in uk, and use to work part-time at a call centre. This guy is right, its one of the worst jobs i ever did. But...we must think again about it.
These people here are outsourcing everything to India. India is getting employment opportunities. Students can make good money although it is painfull. Lets just say, work for a while, make the money and leave. So that these companies do not turn their backs and leave. They are adding to the infrastructure. And I am sure soon there will be better work conditions. They will put them in place coz no where in world will these big companies get such cheap labour.
